The Weighted Blanket helps to reduce physiological arousal associated with anxiety, making it beneficial to come our customers who experience anxiety. Different people will like the feeling of it on different areas of their body. So, it they do not like it on their lap, for example, encourage them to try it on their feet or chest.
It can be used when transitioning from high to low energy activities (for example, in class after lunch); when calming down before bed; when needing to concentrate (for example, while doing homework); or after a sensory meltdown.
